Definitions
| Affiliates | Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include Zook Cabins LLC, the builder of the park models and tiny homes offered through this Site. |
| Nonaffiliates | Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Nonaffiliates we share with are the third-party lending partners who process the financing you request, such as Thrive Financial, Pure Finance, and Luminate Bank. |
| Joint marketing | A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Tiny Home Lender does not jointly market. |
